A quick note from today’s guest-blogger, Jordan Schroeder:  I am so blessed to be writing to you as a new addition to the Energy Xtreme team. I recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations. During my Junior year of college, I was fortunate enough to be the campus representative for TOMS Shoes, a company that is not only revolutionizing the industry of purchasing with a purpose, but also stands at the forefront of inspiring a more progressive and socially conscious society. Along with a popular, local boutique, Chrome, I hosted a ‘Style Your Sole’ event showcasing live music and artist talent, where students and community members could purchase and personally decorate a pair of TOMS Shoes, showing their unique and individual support for the company. Over 600 pairs of shoes were sold at the event, allowing TOMS to donate 600 pairs of shoes to children in need, further establishing their identity in giving back, One for One.  

Like TOMS, I am fortunate to be a part of another brand that is not only socially conscious, but works toward enhancing the lives of others. Energy Xtreme has established a mission of its own, focusing on the preservation of our world and its people by helping to reduce our dependence upon foreign oil and emissions output through innovation. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to watch it all unfold, and I hope that you will continue to follow us on this journey!
